JOHN
Hey, I’m John!
My passion for health and wellness grew out of a background in competitive sports, and eventually, a love for strength training.
Over the years, I have had to overcome injuries, push the limits of what my body could do, and break through mental barriers that made staying active difficult at times.
Through all of it, I have found real purpose in sharing what I have learned; helping others tap into the same, or maybe push even further, the ability, motivation, and confidence that being active has given me.

JUAN
I'm Juan, a personal trainer, nursing student, and future doctor in the making. I've been working out since I was 10 years old, and fitness has always been a core part of who I am. What started as a way to stay active became a lifelong passion for health, performance, and helping others become their best selves.
With a background in martial arts, I've learned the value of discipline, mental toughness, and staying consistent. I'm also a naturally competitive person especially with myself, always striving to improve, and I bring that same energy to the clients I train.
My goal is to help you break limits, build strength, and feel confident in your body and your journey.
As a nursing student working toward a career in medicine, I understand the importance of approaching fitness from a full health perspective, not just for aesthetics, but for energy, longevity, and quality of life. If you're ready to level up, I'm here to help you do it the right way. Always with purpose, discipline, and results. ​

Hi! I’m Leroy.
I became a personal trainer because it fulfills my diverse passions and interests.
This role allows me to be a problem solver, unleash my creativity, and connect with motivated individuals who are dedicated to their personal growth and helping others.
Beyond my commitment to fitness, I have a deep love for learning, music, and martial arts. I also enjoy researching sports supplements and have a special fondness for animals!
